Our services are available to international students worldwide, and these Terms apply to all clients regardless of their country of origin or residence.

2. Services
Unifair provides guidance and support services to international students applying to universities in Hungary. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• University matching and application support

• Document preparation and submission

• Interview preparation

• Visa and residence permit assistance

• Pre-departure guidance and practical support

We do not guarantee admission to any university or approval of visas, as final decisions are made by third parties (universities, embassies, authorities).

3. Fees and Payments
Service fees are communicated before engagement. Payments must be completed according to the agreed terms. Certain fees (e.g. application or government fees) are paid directly to third parties and are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel our services, you must notify us in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis, considering the stage of the process and work already completed.

5. Limitation of Liability
Unifair acts as a facilitator and advisor. We are not responsible for outcomes beyond our control, such as university admission decisions, visa rejections, or changes in immigration law.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
